Post-Run Coffee – Panera Bread on the right on 96 past Eastview Mall (near the City Tavern)
This week the main route will start in Victor!
Meet at 6:30 am in the parking lot behind Mickey Finn’s in Victor. From the basin – take 96 into Victor and turn right on Maple (Rt. 444). Just before going up the hill as you are leaving the village, turn left onto Railroad St and park the car.
The route goes back out to Maple and onto Dryer. The trail begins on the left – it is marked with Red markers. This trail will take you thru the grounds of Ganondagon, and will take you out to School Rd. Turn left on School then a right on Boughton Hill Rd followed by a quick left into a driveway – look for trail markers. Then continue to follow the red markers all the way to the Fairport Reservoir and to Boughton Rd. Turn around and re-trace your steps back to the car – distance is around 12-13 miles.
There are other trail options – at School St, you can just cross over and continue over to Fort Hill and then continue to follow the trail over to the Dryer Rd Bike Trail park.
Check out the Victor Hiking Trails website for options – http://victorhikingtrails.org/index.php
